    DOSAGE
The basic dosage is 1 mℓ per 10 kg body mass
    • Cattle: Apply the required dose in two lines, from the base of the skull along both sides of the spine up to the tail root. For Tsetse fly treat every 14 days or according to challenge.
    • Sheep: Apply the required dose volume in 4 parts to the bare skin areas of the groin and
axillae. In the case of sheep infested with Karoo-paralysis tick (Ixodes rubicundus), Redline
has to be applied early in the season when these ticks are first observed (either on the grazing or on the animals). Two to three treatments 7 to 10 days apart at this time should protect the sheep against Karoo-paralysis, depending on the severity of the tick challenge.
    • Game: Apply the required dose volume with a suitable applicator. If self-medicating devices are used, it is important that the device only remains activated for as long as it takes to deliver one dosage to the animals in a particular paddock / camp. The device should not be used for continuous, low-level treatment.
    • Ostriches: Apply the required dose volume along the backline.

    BENEFITS:

    • Contains fipronil to kill existing flea and tick infestations. It also kills fleas before they lay eggs, effectively preventing reinfestation for up to 30 days.
    • Kills up to 100% of existing fleas within 24 hours.
    • Remains waterproof for 30 days, even if your dog or cat swims or is bathed.
    • Easy to use spray bottle and is safe for use on puppies and kittens 8 weeks of age or older.
    • Kills fleas at all life stages, brown dog ticks, American dog ticks, lone star ticks, and deer ticks. Also helps control flea allergy dermatitis when applied regularly.

Apply the spray mist until your pet’s hair is damp to thoroughly wet. Ensure complete coverage to skin level. Massage the coat all over to make sure the spray gets right down to the skin.

    • Apply Frontline Spray once every 30 days to control existing flea and tick infestations.
    • Wear household latex gloves. Ruffe pet’s coat with one hand while applying spray to back, sides, stomach, legs, shoulders, and neck.
    • For head and eye area, spray on a gloved hand and rub gently into pet’s hair. do not get product in pet’s eyes or mouth.
    • Apply spray mist until hair coat is damp to thoroughly wet. In most cases 1 to 2 pumps per pound of body weight will be necessary.
    • As with all flea products, wash your hands and any exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water after applying to your pet.

    PRECAUTIONS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Wear household latex gloves when using Frontline Spray. Consult with a veterinarian before using on medicated animals, animals being treated with other pesticides, and debilitated, aged, pregnant, or nursing animals.

Fleas rise to the top of your pet’s coat as they die, so consider it a triumph if you start seeing more fleas at first, after treating your pet. If you’re still seeing fleas after application, it may be because your pet has picked up new fleas from the environment, which may include other pets, surfaces and outdoor areas. It may take up to 30 days to break the entire flea life cycle. Additionally, you should also treat sources of new fleas (i.e., carpet, yard, etc.) to ensure complete flea control.

    CATTLE

    Ticks, Flies and Lice:

    Dose: 1 mℓ/10 kg.

    • Apply along the backline, from the shoulder to the root of the tail using a measuring dispenser.
    • In case of heavy brown ear or blue tick challenge, apply Delete® All from the base of the skull to the root of the tail.
    • Treat at regular intervals according to tick challenge. The longer the product is regularly applied, the more the tick population is reduced. It will then become possible to apply at intervals greater than 7 days.
    • For Blackfly (Simulium) apply also to ears and underline. Repeat as required according to challenge.
    • For population control of nuisance flies and stable flies, use 2 to 3 treatments at weekly intervals. Thereafter use according to challenge.

    SHEEP AND GOATS

Environmental conditions and parasite challenge can influence treatment intervals.

Dosage for optimal residual action: 1 mℓ/5 kg.

    Karoo Paralysis Ticks:

    • Divide the full dose per animal into 4 equal parts. Apply 1 part onto each axillae and groin region, whilst the animal is turned over in a sitting position.
    • Treat at regular intervals according to tick challenge.

    Bont-Legged and Red-Legged Ticks:

    • The dosage should be divided into 3 equal parts and applied to the axillae, groin and anogenital regions. Treat sheep at regular intervals of approximately 3 to 4 weeks or as necessary, according to tick challenge.
    • For crippled sheep apply 1 mℓ to the affected hoof/fetlock.

    GAME

    Ticks:

    Dose: 10 mℓ/100 kg

    • Apply along the backline, from the shoulder to the root of the tail by means of a suitable applicator or apply with devices for game.
    • Treat weekly for a period of 3 weeks to reduce tick numbers and thereafter use according to tick challenge.

    How to use the applicator

Remove the cap of the calibrated chamber.

Without removing the remaining cap, squeeze the container until the correct dosage volume is present in the calibrated chamber, and apply as prescribed.
